The Morava Corridor Motorway Project of ENKA-Bechtel JV located in the West Morava Region of Serbia with a 112 km length from Preljina to Pojate, is progressing rapidly all over the alignment.
A dedicated team of more than 3,600 employees is putting forth exceptional effort across a wide range of works.
Excavation totaling 41.8 million m3, 16.1 million m3 of fill, 580 thousand m3 of concreting, 500 thousand m3 of subbase installation and 315 thousand tons of asphalt installation works have been completed.
The target is to complete both the Pojate Interchange and a 20-kilometer stretch of motorway in Sector 2 by the end of 2024, effectively increasing the opened section’s length to 47.8 km.
Bechtel-ENKA JV provides HSE and quality trainings to all personnel working on the project according to the requirements of different disciplines. The highest person-hours without LTI is over 12.2 million hours and the highest work days without LTI is 380 days.
